Weekly Health Coaching

Being healthy is both a state of mind and a physical state. You are on the right path when you are constantly trying to improve your wellness. My program consists of a balance of education, goal setting, guidance, and emotional support. Together, we will replace bad habits with good ones. You will develop habits that uplift your spirit and bring you health through fitness, good health, and mental clarity. Whether you want to improve your nutrition, lower your cholesterol numbers, stop metabolic syndrome (high blood pressure, elevated insulin resistance, high triglycerides) in its tracks, or improve your fitness, we can develop a plan to get your there together.  I am supportive, not judgmental, but having the accountability will help you meet your goals.  We will talk/Skype/FaceTime weekly to keep you on track. You will feel better, look better, and have a stronger immune system.
