This program is designed for women that want to stay active during pregnancy. Exercising (when approved by your doctor) is one of the best things you can do for you and your baby and can help both your physical and mental health during this vital time. This program can be done with just a set of dumbbells. Combine this program with healthy eating and you can feel great throughout your pregnancy.
