One month triathlon coaching
Triathlon & Ironman Coaching
Tailored triathlon coaching via Training Peaks for your upcoming triathlon. Coaching with me, you will gain efficiency, reduce injury risk & become a stronger athlete.
You will receive training for swim, bike, run and transition (T1 & T2) plus nutrition and fueling guidance. You’ll also receive mental strategies for nerves, race day strategies tactics. Training is updated each week with unlimited support via email, and weekly coaching check ins via phone.
This is for one month, you can choose to do this one month at a time or if you’re a beginner triathlete, choose my 12 week program you’ll find in my store.
