Monthly Running Plan – Weekly Check Ins

This is a customized running plan with a monthly consultation and weekly check ins and adjustments. It is intended for the athlete who prefers to adjust their plan on a more frequently basis either to adjust for increases in fitness, changes in goals or time constraints, or for the newer athlete who would prefer to have the accountability of checking in with their coach more frequently to discuss their running plan and address any questions they may have.

Before putting together your plan we’ll discuss your current fitness level, current running routine, goals/races you’re working towards, injuries, schedule/time constraints, etc. Your plan will be built around these variables, and sent your way a few days later. After that initial consultation, weekly I’ll check in with you to see how things are going and go over any questions you have and adjust your plan for the following week. If we need to tweak the plan to work around any upcoming events, vacations, or other obligations, etc we will discuss it then.

This plan does has a higher level of personal attention, accountability, and interaction. It would be ideal for someone who needs a little more personal attention and the accountability of someone checking in on them on a weekly basis.
