Monthly Running Plan - Double Up

This is a customized running plan with a monthly consultation and twice monthly check ins and adjustments. It is intended for someone who needs some amount of guidance and would prefer to have the ability to adjust their plan every few weeks to account for changes in fitness or time constraints.

Before putting together your plan we’ll discuss your current fitness level, current running routine, goals/races you’re working towards, injuries, schedule/time constraints, etc. Your plan will be built around these variables, and sent your way a few days later. After that initial consultation twice monthly I’ll check in with you to see how things are going, if you have any questions, if we need to tweak the plan to work around any upcoming events, vacations, or other obligations, etc we will discuss it then.

This plan does has a moderate level of personal attention, accountability, and interaction. It would be ideal for someone who needs a little more personal attention but is still comfortable taking the reins and holding themselves accountable with a customized running plan to follow to either improve general running fitness or train for a race.
