Monthly Running Plan - Bare Bones

This is a basic, bare bones running plan intended for someone who needs a cost effective customized plan, with little guidance and minimal accountability.

Before putting together your plan we’ll discuss your current fitness level, current running routine, goals/races you’re working towards, injuries, schedule/time constraints, etc. Your plan will be built around these variables, and sent your way a few days later. After that initial consultation once monthly I’ll check in with you to see how things are going, if you have any questions, if we need to tweak the plan to work around any upcoming events, vacations, or other obligations, etc we will discuss it then.

This plan does not have a lot of personal attention, accountability, or interaction, but would be great for someone who just needs a customized running plan to follow to either improve general running fitness or train for a race with minimal mid month tweaks.
