Marathon and Half Marathon Training

if you have a dream of participating in a marathon or half marathon but may not think you can do it for one reason or another, I’m here to tell you, YOU CAN!!  If you have the desire, you have a commitment to your dreams and you want to, then I’m the right coach for you.  Endurance running is different than a 5k or 10k, there is a whole new mind set.  Training for long miles includes; nutrition to get you through the long miles, time on your feet and the mental aspect. It is a process.

I will tailor a plan for you to fit into your busy life.  How do I do this?  I take the time to listen to what your needs and goals are and my aim is to support you in seeking balance physically, emotionally and mentally while training.  The primary service I provide athletes is sharing my knowledge and experience to help you achieve as much as possible with the time you have available.

The first step to take is to fill out the questionnaire I will send you so I know where you are physically at this point in time, what your goals are and more.  I will then create a month long plan for you and adjust as necessary.
