Introduction to Powerlifting

DESCRIPTION

This is an introduction to powerlifting program, designed for beginners (less than 1 year of experience in powerlifting) to increase their strength in the squat, bench and deadlift. This is a 13 week program. The program will also include

–supplement recommendations and nutrition guidelines

–form and guidance support.
