How to Train like an Athlete to Get the Body You Want
A quick insight in to how a professional athlete trains. Not only will you get a 6-week example training plan, but I discuss how to progress through macro, meso and micro cycles to achieve any athletic or fitness goal. Outside of the specific training methods, there are a few key elements to getting the right mindset. Athletes often generate success not out of talent, but out of consistency, persistence, and hard work. You don’t have to have any fancy equipment, although I do recommend at least 3-5 years of experience in the gym as this program isn’t suitable for beginners. You just have to be willing to put in the hours.
