  • Personalized training program built by the coach to meet you individual goals
  • Detailed training instructions delivered weekly via email including guidance regarding ideal for workouts and long runs
  • One weekly email exchange with coaching support for encouragement, questions and concerns
  • Online submission of your weekly running log and one subsequent email exchange for review of your to track your progress and adjust for success.
