GOLD LEVEL COACHING includes:
Evaluation of past training
Development of future goals specific to your needs
Weekly communication via email or training peaks, coach feedback on key workouts at the end of each week
Workouts sent in 1-4 week blocks via Training Peaks
Strength and mobility exercises
Race preparation taper and post race recovery plans
Race Day pacing and fuelling plans
