Eight Week Online Personal Training
Online Personal Training Sessions
You’ll get a customized training plan based on your goals and needs to get fit & healthy. I’ll be working with you via Skype once per week for 60 minutes, and give you the step by step plan for the week’s “homework” on your own. But don’t worry, I’m checking in with you, built in accountability! All fitness levels welcome so if you’re new to exercise you are welcome here.
