Eight Week Online Personal Training

You’ll get a customized training plan based on your goals and needs to get fit & healthy. I’ll be working with you via Skype once per week for 60 minutes, and give you the step by step plan for the week’s “homework” on your own. But don’t worry, I’m checking in with you, built in accountability! All fitness levels welcome so if you’re new to exercise you are welcome here.

Here’s what to expect:

  • Initial & periodic fitness assessment to get a snapshot of where your fitness is now so we can set appropriate goals, then check your progress.
  • Muscular strength and endurance through resistance training (no equipment needed).
  • Cardio program for heart health.
  • Flexibility for supple muscles, stress relief and lowered injury risk.
  • Nutrition education and guidance, if you would like it.

I’ve been personal training for over 20 years and I love it! I can’t wait to start working with you toward your health and fitness goals.
