Customized 16 Week Marathon Training Plan

Have you made the commitment to run your first (or 50th) marathon? In either case, using a custom plan that is tailored to your individual fitness level, current mileage and race goals is the surest way to get you to the start line well-prepared, while at the same time mitigating the potential for injury.
After filling out a customization questionnaire and completing a brief, online chat, I will create a completely customized 16 week plan, provided to you through Addearo. This free, interactive online training software allows you to track your progress by being able to upload workouts, mark them as completed, and even link them to your Garmin, Fitbit or Strava.
I am a nationally certified run coach through UESCA, an NASM-certified personal trainer, and a Precision Nutrition PN-1 Nutrition coach. Therefore, I am uniquely qualified to provide a multi-faceted training program that includes not only planning out your mileage and workouts, but supplemental cross training and race nutrition that will help your body adapt more efficiently during the training process, and keep you running efficiently on race day.
Running is my passion, and I am excited to have the opportunity to share the training journey with you!
