My name is Matt and I’m an ultra runner, coach, motivational speaker and race director. I work with runners of all abilities, helping them achieve their goals, whatever they might be. I believe in a personable approach to my coaching and will support you the whole way.

Want to kick start a healthier lifestyle? Want to lose some weight? Want to experience that post training run buzz and enjoy improved energy levels?

If you’ve answered yes to any of the above then you are half way to a better you! With my help and expertise, I can get you off the couch and running 5km in 12 weeks. I won’t complicate things and your plan will be tailored around your lifestyle needs and commitments.

I appreciate that this may be a scary prospect, but I will support you every step of the way and answer every question you have. Give it a go, you never know where it might lead you!
