Calling all aspiring runners!

It’s time to go from 0 to 3.1 in 10 weeks!

Start the new year off right by training to run your first 5K with the help of a certified running coach and do something that you never thought possible!

This program begins with a walk/run combo and transitions to running only over the course of 10 weeks.  At the end of the program you will be ready to complete your first 5K.
