Beginners 50k training plan (4 month plan)

This plan is for self-motivated runners looking to challenge themselves at a new distance or runners who may have completed a 50k but would like a stronger base going into their next one. The plan will be individually tailored to the runner’s lifestyle needs, race course, and personal goals based on the runner’s fitness. There will be a monthly check-in to update progress, discuss challenges, and make adjustments as needed.

Plan includes:

  • Introductory consultation to identify athlete goals
  • Personalized running plan with daily workouts
  • Monthly progress update
