8 Week Sprint Distance Customized Plan for Beginner to Advanced Athletes

This killer deal on an 8 week Sprint distance training plan is a great option for athletes who want a plan customized to their needs and schedule without paying the high price of coaching. This plan can be customized around your schedule, desired volume, race course and more (see below for more info) and can be dropped into your Training Peaks account or sent to you via an Excel document. There is no “skeleton” or “template” for this plan, each plan is custom built for you, the athlete.

This plan is custom built around your:

  • Schedule
  • Desired volume
  • Goals
  • Race Course (e.g. flat vs hilly, ocean swim vs lake, etc)
  • Limiters
  • Injuries
  • Training equipment (e.g. Heart rate vs power)
  • Strength & Conditioning

Upon purchase of the plan, you will schedule a consultation with Coach Becky who will gather the information she needs to create your 8 week plan and will deliver it to you within 3-5 days. After receiving your plan, you will have 2 weeks to request any changes you feel necessary. After the 2nd week, an additional fee will be charged to make any other alterations. Additional weeks can be purchased as needed for $25. Questions about the workouts are always included in the price.

Coach Becky Black has been coaching since 2011 and has worked with a large variety of athletes. She focuses on building quality programs that are athlete focused and are scientifically based. She has her M.S. in Exercise Science, and is a level II USAT coach and an IRONMAN certified Coach
