8-Week Beginners Swim Series Training Session

This 8-week series is a perfect workout for anyone getting ready for a triathlon from the sprint, Olympic to 70.3 distance. This series will make you feel comfortable in the water. Each Training Session is built on the previous session for steady progress. This program is purposefully designed to build your swimming slowly and deliberately.
