8 week 5k or 10k training program customized for your current fitness level.  Great for beginners through experienced runners.  Weekly check ins help with accountability and staying on track, as well as adjusting the plan for any issues that may arise.  My coaching style is first and foremost to make sure you are enjoying your running journey, and then to help you improve.  Let’s have some fun and train together!
