This 7 day eating plan uses a fast and effective fat-loss technique called carb cyclin, a dietary trick that maximises fat loss without depriving your body of nutrition or energy. After enduring low carb days, your body begins to burn fat for energy. However after a while, your body will lower its metabolism to protect itself. To avoid this drop in metabolism, we introduce high carb days, which trick the body into keeping your metabolism high. When you follow this with another low carb day, you have a high metabolsm and no carbs to burn, which forces the body to burn fat as its primary energy source.
