    I joined the macro challenge last year. I found it extremely useful. It was easy to set up and I was monitored regularly with a weekly weigh in. Macros were looked into regularly etc. It was very successful. I am hoping to rejoin at some point as I find the the monitoring really works… by myself I am lazy! I found Gary really dedicated to leading the task and over looking our progress.
