3 Month Pro Running Coaching Plan

Receive top quality coaching from a British International Road and Cross Country Runner. Learn to train more effectively.

We deliver a personalised training plan to you via app, email or online after a full phone or Skype Consultation. We design and create a training schedule for you, taking into account your previous running and racing experience, and your work / life commitments.

A pro plan allows you to gain feedback from coach Shaun, and the option to review the plan in light of injury and illness.

In 2017 so far 34 runners have run Marathon PB’s as a result of our coaching

In summary, you receive;

  • Adaptable Training Plan, received every month, in a format that works for you.
  • Review of Goals, training history and other relevant lifestyle factors
  • Email/ Skype/ Messenger support from your coach
  • Nutrition, injury prevention and strength and conditioning advice
  • Support from a top level coach (30min 10k / 66min Half Marathon / 2.25 Marathon)
