My name is Sarah and I have over 10 years experience working with beginners and helping them progress from zero to 5K runs in under 3 months.
Although 5K charity and fun runs aren’t always competitive, hiring a coach and having a plan can make the whole process far more enjoyable, and help you to avoid injuries.
