3 Month Beginner Triathlon Coaching Program

An individualized program will be created to address your personal athletic goals. Programs could include nutrition analysis, weight loss, efficiency training, annualized season periodization and daily workouts. This option is the absolute top-of-the-line coaching package for advanced athletes.

The Package Includes:

  • Contact with your coach via email three times a week
  • Contact by phone once a week
  • Free threshold testing upon startup as well as every three months to monitor progress and ensure accurate heart rate training zones
  • Detailed race fueling analysis and written plan
  • Set-up of annual training periodization that considers your goal races and other personal priorities
  • Detailed race execution analysis, including analysis of power, pace, and heartrate
  • Specific pacing plans for all of your races including wattage recommendations on the bike
  • Online training log to interact with coach and submit/track results
  • Daily workouts sent via the online training log
