2 Month Beginner Sprint Triathlon Training Program

Over the last 9+ years, lots of beginner triathletes, just like you, have come to Human Vortex Training to help them get started on their triathlon journey. While some have gone on to train because they love the lifestyle of a triathlete, others have gone on to race Olympic, 70.3, and even Ironman!

The 2 month Beginner Sprint Triathlon Training Program will help you balance your training and life schedule, to make sure you are building your fitness properly, and come to race day prepared!

This program is for SPRINT Distance, but if you’re looking for Olympic Distance, we have that too!

After purchasing the program, you will receive an Athlete Intake Questionnaire to help make sure that we know where you are fitness wise, what your goals are, and the time you have to train. After the Questionnaire has been completed and sent, your training plan will be ready to go in 7 days!

After Purchasing the program & filling out the Athlete Intake Questionnaire, within 7 days you will receive:

-Your full 2 months training plan, built specifically for you, your needs & goals, and your time available to train.

-Training Levels and Descriptions, so you know and understand the different efforts for the Bike, Run, and Swim

-Interval Descriptions, so you know exactly how to do the Intervals in your training

You may also add on a Strength Training plan or a 2 month Nutrition Weight Loss Program to allow you to get the most out of the next 2 months!
