Welcome to OnTrack Fitness with coach Emily. I’m ready to help you fulfill your dream of becoming a triathlete. Yes, you CAN do this. I’ll help you turn your dream into a goal & your goal into goal achieved. I’ve been working with beginner triathletes for over seven years and have a passion for guiding new triathletes.
Efficient, effective training, not over training. Your program will be individualized, no cookie cutter program here.
Every individual has different races, goals, fitness levels and needs based on lifestyle. You’ll get that individualized plan from me. Access to your training plan is done through Training Peaks premium account, where you’ll see your tailored plan sent to you in detail. You’ll have unlimited access to communication to me through the week plus a conference check in and update every week via phone.
Your beginner plan will include swim, bike & run instruction from the basics, depending on your skill & endurance level as a beginner. You’ll also receive transition coaching, mental coaching and race day readiness coaching. Everything you need to start your triathlon lifestyle.
