This plan is ideal for people who are preparing for a Men’s Physique Contest

I will build you a unique training and nutrition programme, similar to the one I used to win my last contest. I’ll assess you condition every week and tailor your plan, depending on how your body reacts to certain training and foods

I’ll also guide you through what supplements you’ll need and the best times to take them

Includes weekly check-ins via Skype to assess you condition and make adjustments as necessary

Includes a peak week plan and advice on timings and best practice in the days leading up to your show

You can add 3 posing sessions via Skype for an extra $95 if you wish (see optional extras)
